Pima Cotton – The Most Extraordinary Cotton in the World
Pima cotton is a superior, high-end, ultra soft, longer staple fiber which is more luxurious than standard varieties of cotton. Pima cotton produces smoother and more supple fabric, rich in texture, extremely durable, wrinkle-resistant, pill-resistant, and soft to the touch.
Handcrafted in Peru
Our Pima cotton is sourced and handcrafted in Peru. The unique growing conditions on the tropical Peruvian coast bring abundant crops that are hand-harvested to preserve the integrity of these longer fibers. The result: luxe, stronger, supple cotton that is prized by fashion insiders.
Mercerized
Mercerized cotton is a special kind of cotton yarn that has been treated to make its fibers look and feel more lustrous and brighter in color than conventional cotton. It is also stronger, takes dye a little more readily, produces less lint, and is more resistant to mildew. It also tends not to shrink or lose its shape as much as "regular" cotton. And it is easier to clean, releasing stains and odors with simple, home laundry best practices.
Hand Wash & Laundry Care: Hand washing is one of the best methods for washing Pima Cotton, but gentle machine cycle is acceptable, using cool or slightly warm water. This will prevent fading and shrinking. Washing in hot water can cause the fabric to shrink.
Gentle dry using low temperatures or skip the machine and line dry or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.
Removal of the red thread in the sock label: Remove the thread very carefully using a seam-ripper tool or sharp scissors (sometimes sharp fingernails will work). Be sure not to cut the sock material on either side of the label. Do not try to pull the socks apart as this rough movement could damage the sock.
Superior Composition
Nylon-spandex enhancing blend perfectly supports one another, infusing added performance and luxury to our comfortable, mercerized Pima cotton composition.
Nylon-spandex blends have complementary properties. When combined in the proportions we use with our Pima cotton, they produce the perfect men’s sock.
Nylon's durability and moisture-wicking abilities, combined with the impressive elasticity and strength of spandex, offer an ideal balance, providing both comfort and therapeutic benefits. When added to the world’s finest Pima cotton, a superior composition is created wherein the magic happens. Peruvian mercerized Pima cotton, blended with just the right amount of nylon and touch of spandex, provides a luxurious feel, - a gentle touch of stretch and recovery, light-weight breathability, and remarkable durability. The Heel & Toe are reinforced.
One Size Fits Most (Our customer feedback ranges from approximately size 8 up to size 13 or 14).
Generous Mid-Calf Height
Designed with specifications which allow the sock to stay up on your leg in a full, higher, and more luxurious fashion rather than creeping down towards the ankle.
Hand-Linked Toe
Hand linking is a centuries-old technique where the craftsperson matches every single stitch that is sewn together to close the toe of the sock, providing a smooth, comfortable seam.

Before you start cleaning your suede designer sneakers, make sure you have the necessary supplies on hand. Here's what you'll need:
Start by removing the laces from your suede sneakers and set them aside. This will make it easier to clean the entire surface of the shoes effectively. If your laces are dirty, consider hand-washing them separately to prevent transferring dirt back onto the sneakers.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a specialized suede brush to gently remove any loose dirt and debris from the surface of the sneakers. Brush in one direction, following the natural grain of the suede, and avoid scrubbing too vigorously to prevent damaging the material.
For stubborn stains or spots on your suede sneakers, dampen a clean cloth with white vinegar (or a suede cleaner if you have one). Gently blot the stained area without rubbing it. Vinegar can be very effective at lifting stains, but it's essential to perform a patch test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration.
If there are still marks or stains on your sneakers, try using a suede eraser. Simply rub the eraser gently over the affected area, and the friction should help lift the stain. Be patient and avoid pressing too hard, as it might damage the suede.
After removing the stains, use a soft, dry brush or towel to gently revive the suede's texture. Lightly brush in the same direction as before to fluff up the nap, giving your sneakers a fresh and revitalized appearance.
Once you've cleaned and refreshed your suede sneakers, re-lace them with the clean laces you set aside earlier. If you want to provide an extra layer of protection against dirt and water, consider using a water repellent spray specially designed for suede. Remember to apply the spray in a well-ventilated area, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions.

1. Choose your laces: Select laces that complement the color and style of your designer sneakers. You can use the laces that came with the shoes or buy new ones in different colors or materials for a customized look.
2. Remove the existing laces (if applicable): If your high end sneakers men's come with laces already laced up, remove them by unlacing them from the eyelets.
3. Start with the bottom eyelets: Begin by inserting the lace ends into the bottom eyelets of the shoe. Make sure the lace lengths are even on both sides.
4. Crisscross the laces: Take the right lace and cross it over to the left side, inserting it into the next higher eyelet on the left side. Similarly, take the left lace and cross it over to the right side, inserting it into the next higher eyelet on the right side. Continue this crisscross pattern until you reach the top of the shoe.
5. Adjust the tension: As you lace up, adjust the tension of the laces to ensure a snug and comfortable fit. Be careful not to lace them too tight, as it may restrict circulation or cause discomfort.
6. Finish at the top eyelets: Once you reach the top eyelets, you have several options for lacing patterns. Some popular lace styles for men's sneaker choices include:
- Straight bar lacing: Insert each lace straight across from one side to the other, creating a horizontal bar pattern.
- Diagonal lacing: Cross the laces diagonally from one side to the opposite eyelet, alternating between the left and right sides.
- Crisscross lacing: Continue the crisscross pattern from step 4, crossing the laces at the top and inserting them into the opposite eyelets.
Experiment with different patterns to find the one that best suits your style and the design of your sneakers.
7. Tie a knot: Once you're satisfied with the lacing pattern, tie a knot at the top to secure the laces. You can use a regular bow knot or try different knot styles for added flair.

The first step in taking care of your men's alligator shoes is to keep them clean. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away any dirt or dust that accumulates on the shoes. Be sure to use a gentle touch and avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the leather.
Alligator leather needs to be moisturized regularly to maintain its softness and suppleness. Use a high-quality leather conditioner that is specifically designed for exotic leathers. Apply the conditioner to a clean, soft cloth and gently rub it into the leather, making sure to cover the entire surface of the shoe. Allow the shoes to dry completely before wearing them.
Alligator leather is sensitive to heat and moisture, so it's important to protect your shoes from extreme temperatures and wet conditions. Avoid wearing your alligator shoes in heavy rain or snow, and store them in a cool, dry place when you're not wearing them.
To further protect your alligator skin shoes from moisture and stains, use a protector spray that is specifically designed for exotic leathers. Spray the shoes evenly, making sure to cover the entire surface of the shoe. Allow the shoes to dry completely before wearing them.
When you're not wearing your alligator shoes, store them properly using cedar shoetrees to maintain their shape and prevent damage. Use a shoe tree or aromatic stuffing to help the shoes keep their shape, and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

]]>Founded in 1995, Juicy Couture rose to prominence in the early 2000s because of the intense popularity of their velvet tracksuits, and some might mark this phenomena as the beginning of the athleisure trend in modern fashion. Never before had exercise clothing been particularly fashionable. It was largely relegated to actual athletes and cinematic stereotypes (the modern mobster, natch). Until Juicy delivered their modern update, with luscious fabrics (velour), feminine colors, fitted physiques, and a Swarovski-studded logo splayed across the seat of the pants, tracksuits were little more than functional clothing. Juicy elevated the utilitarian tracksuit to the level of Cali couture. With celebs like Madonna, J-Lo, and Paris Hilton sporting these sexy "sweats," Juicy Couture became a household name practically overnight. Of course, the athleisure trend is about more than just emulating Juicy, although plenty of brands have over the years. It's about creating casual, sporty clothes and accessories that look chic and suit active, modern lifestyles. It's about creating a seamless and stylish blend of athletic wear and everyday clothing-garments that work equally well at the gym, running around town, or even heading into the office. How did athleisure move beyond the hype of Juicy Couture?
At the foundation of a good, high-quality shoe is a good, high-quality leather. This is nothing new; it has been this way for centuries. For durability and flexibility, leather remains the most popular shoemaking material globally. Well-made leather shoes look great and feel like nothing else. When many people hear the word leather, though, they just think of cow leather; however, leather is actually a material created by tanning animal rawhides and skins. Therefore, there are actually quite a few different leathers that can be used for shoemaking and other purposes. In this post, we are going to examine different types of leathers, their qualities, and why each is used for shoemaking.
Men get the short end of the stick when it comes to men's designer accessories. Women get hats, handbags, scarves, jewelry, shoes, and more. Men get ties, pocket squares, and maybe a watch, but chances to accessorize depend on the formality of dress. Nobody's wearing a tie with a tee shirt. One area where you can have some fun is with the shoes in your wardrobe. Whether you're adding a touch of class or a pop of color, your shoes can help you express your style and add some personality to your wardrobe. Here are just a few essential shoes every man should own, from formal to casual.
Let's face it: There's nothing more uncomfortable than a bulky pair of socks, so it's no surprise that more men are choosing to go sockless. When done correctly, going sockless can be both stylish and comfortable while providing a pleasant cooling ankle breeze. From how to style your sockless look to how to keep your feet and shoes smelling fresh, these tips will allow you to free your feet without fear.

The natural process occurs when substances such as oxygen, in the case of copper, and oils, in the case of leather, come into contact with the surface and change its appearance. The result is a rich layer of veneration, highlighting the quality and durability of the material. This aging formula can be achieved quickly and artificially in leather during construction of the shoe by the use of waxes and dyes to provide the coating, rather than time. The better the leather, the more luxurious the final result.
Obviously, this will add to the cost of the shoe but is worth the price for the look thereby created. But regardless of price, there's no denying the beauty and quality of a leather patina shoe.
Let's take a closer look at just how unique this process is. Once purchased, your leather shoes can be enhanced even further by darkening specific areas and not others, thus creating that time worn effect.
All leather shoes will crease when worn, as the foot flexes. Rather than allow these creases to just exist, by judiciously utilizing wax polish and creams, a variegated look springs up and personalizes the shoe. Take a tan color leather shoe and, as the creases appear, polish them first with a dark brown wax, rubbed in thoroughly; the color will fill certain areas but not all. Then apply a dark brown cream and buff the shoes vigorously with a good shoe brush.
The results will amaze you! There will be a richness of color as well as an eye-catching gleam. The procedure can be performed with other colored shoes, yielding the same results. Not only will you receive compliments on your beautiful shoes, you'll be able to take pride in the fact that you own shoes unlike any others because you created their signature look. Some of the more elite European leather tanneries and leather manufacturers of products such as handbags, briefcases, leather furniture, and handmade shoes use highly skilled craftsmen who 'work' the leathers by hand to give them the burnished, aged, and artisan finishes that give them an exquisite aesthetic appeal.
When you come across leather goods with this quality of patina, the character of the product becomes a treasured one. Possessing and wearing one of these leather products is truly a prized experience.

Of course, if your loftiest sartorial goal is covering your body, none of this will matter Should this be the case, I would respectfully suggest a rethink, as the first thing anyone knows about you is what they see, true for both dress and sport attire. Merely being adequate should not be the optimum goal as clothes can do so much more for you. It is a truism that when you look better, everything in life goes better, from work to your love life.
Where it all begins, at the foundation, your shoes! Simply stated, if the shoes do not work, the whole outfit fails. Do not believe me? Just ask her! Guys, she notices your shoes as I have verified in an informal survey conducted over several months. When women are asked what they noticed first about any man, it is his shoes, with his watch a distant second. This makes sense when you consider how much women are into their own shoes. One lady even said, "And they better be shined because if he is not committed to his shoes, how can he be committed to me?".
Style then moves up to the outfit itself and is defined by what nuances are applied to distinguish what one is wearing. Anyone can wear a white shirt and jeans, so what shows a sense of style here? Again, the shoes can provide that via both color and style but the real enhancement comes from some great patterned socks. Remember, when you cross your legs, your ankles are there in full view; further, today's shorter pant legs help display socks as well.
Nicely coordinated hosiery will garner a lot of positive reviews. Further, a nice bracelet can add to even the best looking expensive timepiece in the wrist area. Now for the real topper, literally. Throw on a sport coat or blazer (as one should), wear a pocket square and voila! You have style!
The coat matters in ways other than sartorial; where, pray tell, do you put your phone with its enlarged screen? Your back pocket? What about when you are seated? On the table or in your lap? The breast pocket of the coat is the perfect place as it is hidden while being readily accessible.
Then there is the wallet. Please, please, please do not put it in your back pants pocket!!! Aside from being subject to theft, this is bad for your spine when you sit on it as it raises one side but not the other (strike one); it wears out the pants at that point (strike two) and it wears out the designer wallet (strike three)!
Style is nothing more than the ability to take the mundane and make it interesting; sometimes the word "panache" is substituted for style because it is very descriptive, as that is what we are doing. The Italians call it "sprezzatura" and it is effortless for them as part of their DNA, but a small amount of effort on your part goes a long way.
The amount of interest one injects depends upon your personal whims and comfort level but rest assured, merely making the effort will set you apart from the crowd. While I would always argue any outfit should be appropriate for the occasion, never, ever apologize for being the best-dressed man in the room! Find something stylish now!

Long thought of as the providence of women, shoes are becoming increasingly important in the world of men's fashion. From collectible sneakers to designer leather dress shoes, the number of choices on the market means that any man can find the footwear that best represents who they are.
But that doesn't mean that all shoes are created equally. In fact, by virtue of production alone, some shoes look better, last longer, and feel more comfortable than the competition. And if you want the very best option available in men's footwear, then you should learn how to spot Goodyear Welted shoes.
Invented in 1869 by Charles Goodyear Jr., the goodyear welt has been the top of the line when it comes to formal shoe construction ever since. In order to understand the goodyear welt, however, there are some terms that you will need to learn.
The anatomy of a shoe is typically broken into three main parts: the upper, the insole, and the outsole. The upper is the visible portion of the shoe, usually made with leather or suede, that makes up the top part of the shoe. The outsole is the portion of the shoe on the bottom that makes contact with the ground, and the insole is the part that comes between the outsole and your foot.
Typically, a shoe is made by fitting the three parts to a last, which is a mold of a foot used to help shape shoes during the design and construction process. The upper is then folded between the insole and the outsole and then all three are sewn into place.
The goodyear welt differs from the traditional method by adding a fourth piece into the mix: the welt. A welt is a piece of leather that is added around the perimeter of the outsole. However, the goodyear welt isn't that simple.
Here are the extra steps that go into Goodyear welted shoes:
"The upper is still folded between the insole and the outsole, but a leather welt is also placed atop the edge of the bottom outsole. Additionally, on the bottom side of the insole, a vertical rib runs perpendicular along the outside of the sole. When the upper is placed between the soles, it's placed against this rib and on top of the welt. Then, a stitch is sewn through the welt, through the upper, the ribbed insole, and back through the welt."
Finally, a separate stitch passes through the welt and the outsole. This creates a visible line of stitching between the outsole and the upper, which gives Goodyear welted shoes their distinctive look.
Not only does this second round of stitching result in a shoe that's both breathable and secure, but because of these extra steps, it is far easier to repair the soles on goodyear welted shoes compared to other types of shoes. Additionally, the welt offers an extra layer of protection, which means that Goodyear welted shoes are more secure and water resistant than typical leather shoes.
The best Goodyear welted shoes also utilize something called a lockstitch. This unique stitching method means that even if a single stitch happens to come undone, there won't be a chain reaction that would unravel your shoes.
Because of the labor-intensive way these shoes are made, they are usually more expensive than shoes that are cemented or made using a simpler method. But the longer lifespan of a Goodyear welted shoes and the timeless look makes them an excellent investment for the modern-day gentleman. In fact, with the right care and maintenance, leather shoes made with a Goodyear welt can last indefinitely.
Choosing the right shoe is a nearly sacred experience for some. The right shoe is about the marriage of style and substance - something that will last for years, something that won't fall apart or go out of style.
Goodyear Welted shoes offer that, and more. There's a reason why they're still making them after 150 years.
